Scheduling and access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reliable access, securing pets, and identifying known hazards. Arrival times are provided as a window. Contact the office for current cancellation or rescheduling terms.

Service limitations

Teams do not move appliances, work beyond a short step ladder, handle hazardous materials or black mold, clean human or pet waste, or lift items over 20 pounds. Specialty surfaces may require evaluation before service.

Satisfaction requests

Contact us within 24 hours about a missed agreed area. We will arrange a return visit within one business day. Damage concerns should be reported within two business days.
