What do four labor hours cover?
You choose where the time goes. Most first visits cover the kitchen, the bathrooms, dusting of reachable surfaces, and vacuuming and mopping the main living areas.
Tell us your priority rooms when you book. The team works that list in order so the most important spaces are finished first.

- Your card is not charged until after your cleaning.
- We never add time without your approval.
- $60 late cancellation fee if you cancel after 5 pm the business day before your visit.
- $60 lockout fee if we cannot clean because there is no power, no hot water, or no access.
Billed by the hour. Your online price is an estimate based on your home, and your final charge reflects actual time. Extra time is only added with your approval.
