Booking with Heavenly Scent Professionals takes three short steps. First, choose the cleaning you need, whether that is a regular house cleaning, a one-time deep clean, carpet cleaning or a combination of services. Second, tell us about your home: the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the square footage and anything that needs extra attention such as pet hair, hard water build up or post construction dust. Third, pick the date and arrival window that works best for you and confirm. You receive an estimate before you book, and the final charge is based on actual time.

Published rates and fees
Pricing & Policies
Everything we charge for, written out. No contracts and no surprise line items.
- Limited Hourly rate
- $85 per hour, 2-hour minimum. Limited Hourly visits run from 2 to 8 hours.
- New customer special
- $166 for 2 cleaners, 2 hours.
- Standard room
- A standard room is up to 250 square feet. Staircases, bath and laundry rooms, and entries and halls are counted as their own areas.
- Lockout fee
- Lockout fee: $60 if we cannot reach the power, water or entry we need when the team arrives.
- Late cancellation
- Late cancellation fee: $60 for cancellations made after 5 pm on the business day before the visit.
- Minimums
- Minimums may apply on carpet, tile and grout, rug and upholstery cleaning.
Good to know before you book
- Your card is not charged until after your cleaning.
- We never add time without your approval.
- $60 late cancellation fee if you cancel after 5 pm the business day before your visit.
- $60 lockout fee if we cannot clean because there is no power, no hot water, or no access.
Billed by the hour. Your online price is an estimate based on your home, and your final charge reflects actual time. Extra time is only added with your approval.

How are quotes priced?
Quotes are based on a team of two cleaners. A third team member may be added, with pricing adjusted by total labor hours.
Do I need to be home?
No. We only need reliable access through a spare key, lockbox, or garage code.
Do I need to supply cleaning equipment?
No. Our teams bring the supplies and equipment needed for the scheduled work.
